Quotes from Megan

We know the edges of our comfort zone. Bravery is pushing those edges and stepping over them—and it’s going to be different for all of us. So you can’t compare your bravery to my bravery, your bravery to anybody else’s bravery because we all have different edges. We all have different comfort zones. We all have different dreams. (8:18)

Anytime we’re overwhelmed, it takes our power away. My first piece for me is managing overwhelm, and it’s taken me a long time to do that for myself. The things that have helped me is I only think in increments of three days at a time if I have a lot going on. Because if I think to next week or next even two weeks from now, it’s too much time for me to manage cognitively. And I also usually have only three big goals on my plate at a time. (9:55)
